🔯  Preparing a crispy tacos you need those items below:

              ➤CRISPY CORN TACOS SHELL.          
                             ➤PICCO DE GALLO.
              ➤GRILLED CHICKEN.
                             GUACAMOLE.
              ICEBERG LETTUCE .
                             SOUR CREAM.
              ➤REFRIED BEANS.









⧫ How to prepare Crispy tacos shell :

Ingredients:

𛲠Corn flour              :4000gm.
𛲠Maize grains.         :200gm.
𛲠Backing powder    :10gm.
𛲠Oil.                         :2 tablespoon.
𛲠Refined flour.         :100gm.
𛲠Salt to taste.

Method:

➦Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and make a soft dough.Then keep a side for rest with cover a wet cloth for 1 hour.
𛲠Divide the dough into small round pieces .
𛲠Rolling up as flat bread by bread roller.
𛲠Hang up the shell into oven rack. 
𛲠Bake it in the preheated oven for 5 minutes in 180 degree celsius.



⧫Picco de gallo:

Ingredients:

𛲠Fresh tomato          :100gm
𛲠Red onion               :60gm.
𛲠Spring onion          :10gm
𛲠Coriander leaves   :10gm.
𛲠Lemon juice           :10gm.
𛲠Salt to taste.

Method:

𛲠Cut the Tomato and Onion by cubes.  ð›² Chop Coriander and spring onion. ð›² Mix all the ingredients by salt and lemon juice.


⧫ GRILLED CHICKEN:

Ingredients:

𛲠Chicken breast.          :150gm.
𛲠Dijon mustard            :30gm.
𛲠Black pepper powder:5gm.
𛲠Garlic.                         :1 cloves.
𛲠Lemon juice.               :5gm.
𛲠Salt to taste.

Method:

𛲠Chop the garlic cloves and make a nice marination by other ingredients.Keep in rest the marinated chicken breast for 2 hours.
𛲠Grill the chicken breast in a pan or can use griller.
𛲠Cut the cooked chicken by cubes.

𛲠 Take 3 pieces of baked tacos shells put cooked refried beans inside all of tacos shells.
𛲠Add the grilled chicken on top of refried beans.
𛲠Then put iceberg and picco de gallo.
𛲠Finish with guacamole and sour cream and lets enjoy your Crispy tacos.
